RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company is looking for seasoned mortgage sales professionals with existing relationships within the industry.  The Company wants to empower new Business Development Managers with training, a strong value proposition and product, and committed customer service to enable them to sell on their accounts on a nationwide basis.  

The clients that Business Development Managers would identify, sell, and close partnerships with are small to medium sized financial institutions, mortgage banks, and credit unions.  The Company has a dedicated internal sales staff that supports BDM’s in their selling duties.  

As described before, the Company is looking for the BDM’s to have established relationships in the industry whom they can call on and sell on a new but strong value proposition.   The work would be done mostly from home and/or around the local vicinity of where the BDM is located.  The work would require 1-2 months of initial investment on the BDM side and will be commission-based, acting as independent contractors.     

HNMA Funding sees successful BDM’s as migrating into full time employees that could gain  significant additional responsibility, including the granting of territorial exclusivity, depending on results.
 
QUALIFICATIONS


COMPENSATION
Compensation will be on an independent contractor basis and variable, on a commission basis.  Training will be provided in our corporate offices in San Diego.
