Candidate Requirements: 2 years Sub-prime Wholesale Account Executive experience and 4 years total in the mortgage industry.
Develop, and maintain a consistent client base that produces volume to achieve monthly funding objectives. Ensure that all clients completely understand the programs, pricing, procedures and the people, that Spectrum Funding Corporation offers. Deliver not only the good news but also the bad news to clients regarding the status of their loans. Proactively work with clients to solve their problems regarding loans that are in the process of funding and ensure that clients properly package their loans for submission to Spectrum Funding Corporation. Be proficient in using the online system of “Web track” to answer loan status questions for clients and manage personal loan production on a daily basis.
Benefits and Compensation: Spectrum Funding Corporation pays 75 (seventy-five) basis points from dollar one for compensation on sub-prime wholesale funded volume. Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month following the loans funding. Benefits eligibility is after 90 days as a Spectrum Funding Corporation employee. Spectrum Funding Corporation will pay the insurance for employee of Spectrum Funding Corporation dependents are paid for by the employee. This can be done on a pretax basis. Spectrum Funding Corporation also provides a 4% 401k matching funds and a $50,000 term life insurance policy after the first 90 days of employment.
